We stopped by Sugar Factory and, like I said, the location was super convenient for us. It was easy to find and close to a few other places we were already checking out, so we didn’t have to go out of our way at all. Like I said, it just made the whole visit feel simple and stress-free. I’d go again mainly because it’s in such a handy spot.

I went with one of the sweeter drinks, i don’t regret it. I know some people might say it’s a bit too sweet, but that’s kind of what I was in the mood for. Plus, it still had a strong kick to it, so it didn’t feel like I was just drinking juice. Satisfying overall.

I ordered from sugarfactory.com and felt relieved by how clear the billing was. The price, tax, and shipping were all shown before I paid, so I wasn’t sitting there worried about some random charge popping up later.

I got my confirmation email right away, and it matched exactly what I saw at checkout. It sounds like a small thing, but it actually made me feel a lot more confident ordering from them. I’d definitely order again...

Booking online was simple and went through without any issues. To be fair, the only downside was that the confirmation took a little longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end.

I had a fun time overall, but the music was way too loud to really have a conversation. I’m guessing they were going for more of a party vibe, which is fine, but it made it hard to talk much with anyone

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from Sugar Factory for my birthday since it seems like one of those places that might be more about the photos than the food, but I’ve got to admit, we had a great time. It was busy, but our server still kept checking in and was genuinely nice the whole night. I got one of the huge drinks, and we all shared desserts after dinner. Everything looked fun and over-the-top, but it actually tasted good too, which was a nice surprise. They also made the birthday part feel special without making it weird or embarrassing. It was definitely loud, but that kind of worked for the whole vibe. I’d probably go back for another celebration.

Took my family here and the kids were obsessed with the huge drinks! It was definitely loud, but in a fun, lively way :) Service was decent too. We’d go back!

The menu really has something for everyone. I went with a friend’s recommendation, and I’m glad I did because there were so many good choices it was hard to decide. Definitely a place I’d come back to and suggest to others.

Went to Sugar Factory with some friends the portions were huge. I couldn’t even finish my meal, and the dessert was big enough for about all of us to share. It really felt like we got a lot for what we ordered. Left super full and happy, and I’d definitely go back.

The people there were really friendly. I had a question about my order, probably something I should’ve figured out myself, but the person helping me was patient and didn’t make it weird. The replies didn’t feel like those copy-paste answers, which somehow makes the whole order feel better too, even though it’s just messages. They got it sorted fast, and yeah, it was a small thing, but small things matter when you’re waiting on an order. I’d use them again

I went to Sugar Factory with my sister and I was a little on edge because I have a dairy allergy. I’m usually loyal to another spot we go to, partly because I already know what’s safe there, so trying somewhere new felt like a bit of a gamble.

Our server was great about it though. Instead of acting unsure or just telling me what they thought was okay, they actually checked with the kitchen and walked me through what I could order. They even made my drink without whipped cream and didn’t make me feel annoying for asking.

It made dinner so much more relaxing than I expected. I still love my usual place, but Sugar Factory definitely earned some trust from me after this visit. Not every restaurant takes allergies seriously, so I really appreciated it. 5 stars

I didn’t overthink it too much, just compared the price to what I was getting, and it felt fair enough. In the end, it seemed worth it to me
